Easy returns

To be eligible for a return: 

  • You have 5 business days, from the date of delivery, to request a refund
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Sale or clearance items are not refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend sending returned merchandise with a tracking number to confirm delivery. We are not responsible for lost items.
  • Merchandise must be mailed in its original packaging and postmarked within 3 business days of refund request approval.
  • Contact support@bonafidetraditionalgentllc.com with your order number, name, and reason for return

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
